Rebellion Fasting Trials

Today is an interesting time, as of today we the people have many hardships and problems that we must encounter. We the people are entering a time of uncertainty, an age of digital information confusing masses of people who are left questioning what is true and what is not true, what is the right path to follow, and which is the wrong path. If you have been confused, uncertain about your next step, hit a dead end, or you are at your rock bottom, you have come to the right place.

Today in America we have the highest chronic disease rate in the world, young adult cancers are up 79%, one in four American women are on antidepressants, 40% of American teens have a mental health diagnosis, drug overdoses in America have reached an all-time high. In America 74% of Americans are now overweight or obese, including 50% of our children. Two-thirds of American adults and children suffer from chronic health issues. Fifty years ago, that number was less than 1% and now that number is 66%.

Amidst all these health problems, we point our fingers towards the pharmaceutical companies and food supply companies of America. Ultra processed foods and toxic chemicals in our food, water, medicine, and environment keep us Americans complacent and dependent on these companies.

We as Americans, it is our duty to take back our country. We can change our future and our children's future, and it all starts with us.

*Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting involves cycling between periods of eating and fasting. Here's why someone might choose to do this and the benefits they could experience:

  • Weight Loss
  • Simplicity
  • Health Benefits
  • Lifestyle
  • Mental Clarity

These are all reasons on why you should consider fasting… the benefits include..

  • Improved Metabolic Health: Intermittent Fasting can lead to better insulin sensitivity, which is beneficial for managing and preventing type 2 diabetes. It might also help in reducing blood sugar levels, insulin, and inflammation.
  • Heart Health: There's evidence suggesting that fasting can improve various heart health markers, like reducing blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and other risk factors for heart disease.
  • Brain Health: Fasting might increase the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which helps with brain cell growth and could potentially protect against neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's.
  • Cellular Repair: Fasting induces autophagy, where cells digest and remove old and dysfunctional proteins, which might contribute to longevity and disease prevention.
  • Reduced Inflammation: Chronic inflammation is linked to many modern diseases. Fasting can reduce markers of inflammation in the body.
  • Longevity: Some studies suggest that intermittent fasting could extend lifespan, though human data is still emerging.
  • Simplified Eating: For some, the structure of fasting simplifies meal planning and can lead to a reduction in overall food intake without the need for calorie counting.
  • Autophagy: This cellular 'clean-up' process where cells degrade and recycle components, which might reduce the risk of cancer and other diseases.
  • Gut Health: Giving the digestive system a break can improve gut health, potentially reducing issues like bloating, inflammation, and improving the gut microbiome.
  • Increased Growth Hormone: Fasting can lead to an increase in human growth hormone, which is beneficial for muscle gain, fat loss, and recovery.
